This Refund & Return Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds are handled for purchases made from Taksa Toys Limited (“TaksaToys”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

1. Physical Products
We accept returns of eligible unused physical products within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused
- Unwashed, if applicable
- Undamaged
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all included parts, accessories, manuals, labels, and materials
- Accompanied by proof of purchase, such as an order number or receipt
Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused, returned to you, or refunded only partially at our discretion, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
2. How to Request a Return

Please do not send products back before contacting us.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and the correct return address. Depending on your location and the product, returns may be sent to one of our fulfillment or returns service providers.
Customers should not return items to the sender address shown on the package unless we specifically confirm that address in writing.
Returns sent without prior approval, without an order number, or to the wrong address may not be accepted or may result in delayed processing.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete.
If the return is due to our error or a confirmed product issue, we may provide a prepaid return label, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs, send a replacement, or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or required by law.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method. We are not responsible for returned items that are lost or damaged during return shipping.
Returns must be sent only to the return address provided by us after approval. Returns sent to any address other than the sender’s address shown on the package may not be accepted.
4. Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Incomplete Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at: support@taksatoys.com
Please include your order number and clear photos showing the issue.
We may request photos, videos, packaging images, or other information to verify the issue.
If the issue is confirmed, we may offer one or more of the following:
- Replacement
- Missing part shipment
- Repair support
- Store credit
- Refund to the original payment method
We will cover reasonable replacement or return shipping costs for confirmed damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete items.
5. Exchanges
We may offer exchanges for eligible physical products, subject to product availability.
If the requested replacement item is unavailable, we may offer a refund, store credit, or alternative item.
Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete item.
6. Order Cancellations

We will try to cancel the order if it has not yet been processed, packed, shipped, fulfilled, or digitally delivered.
Once an order has been shipped, fulfilled, or delivered, it cannot be cancelled and must be handled as a return under this policy.
For digital products, cancellation may not be available once access has been granted, a download link has been sent, or the file has been downloaded.
7. Shipping Delays and Undeliverable Packages
Shipping times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather, incorrect addresses, peak seasons, or events outside our control.
For orders shipped to the United States, online sellers are generally expected to ship within the stated timeframe or, if no timeframe is stated, within 30 days, unless the customer agrees to a delay or other legally permitted handling applies.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or failure to collect the package, we may offer to reship the order at your expense or issue a refund minus shipping and handling costs, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or incorrect information provided by the customer.
8. Lost Packages

We may ask you to wait until the carrier’s investigation period has passed before issuing a replacement or refund.
If the carrier confirms that the package was lost before delivery, we may offer a replacement or refund.
If tracking shows that the package was delivered to the shipping address provided at checkout, we may not be able to issue a refund or replacement. However, we will review the situation and assist where reasonable.
9. Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital content, all digital product purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been granted, a download link has been sent, or the product has been downloaded.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Downloadable files
- Digital templates
- Printable materials
- Digital instructions
- Digital designs
- Digital access links
However, we will assist you if:
- You cannot access the file due to a technical issue caused by us
- You received the wrong digital product
- The digital product is materially defective
- The download link does not work
- Applicable law requires a refund or other remedy

10. Non-Returnable Items
Unless required by law, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Digital products after access has been granted or files have been downloaded
- Gift cards

- Items not in their original packaging
- Items returned after the return period
- Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow instructions
- Free gifts, samples, or promotional items
11. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved or rejected.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider, bank, card issuer, or payment network.
We are not responsible for delays caused by payment providers or banks after a refund has been issued from our side.
